Walking the dog.

Went on a walk yesterday and there were so many people with their dogs that I decided to take some pictures of them.

Walks around the Llantrisant and the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.

Here are a few pictures from my recent short walks in the surrounding area. Although I have visited these destinations frequently it's always possible to get some different shots. We are also blessed with some beautiful nature reserves, nature trails, coastal walks, woodland, hills and mountain areas. 

Visit to the Gylfach Goch Forestry Commission walk and the Taygarn lake and estate near Talbot Green, South Wales.

Every now and again I will take a trip to one of my favourite walks near to the village of Gilfach Goch. I can start either at the Talbot Green entrance or the Gilfach Goch entrance. Unfortunately it can get very busy at Talbot Green entrance at holiday time or weekends.where it is often difficult to find a parking spot in the small parking lot at its entrance. Nowadays I usually go to the Gilfach Gogh entrance where there is plenty of parking. I do the walk once a month generally where I try to get pictures from a different point of view.

When I had finished my walk I went to the Talygarn Lake and Manor estate. This complex was originally  a miners hospital which has now converted into a residential complex. Took a couple of pictures of the horses and came home.
